Qulacomm’s Connectivity and Networking Division is a leading supplier of local area connectivity solutions for Mobile Handsets, Enterprise, Carrier, Retail, Automotive, Voice and Music, 4G/5G Small Cells, and 60GHz applications. -In charge of Qualcomm’s Connectivity and Networking Division’s Program Management Office (PMO) reporting to division SVP/GM. -Overseeing project management of large scale, complex, multi-year semiconductor, software and hardware product development projects. -Leading a worldwide team of program managers in charge of project management for all of the chip, system hardware and software projects under development in the division.-Influence product management and engineering teams to focus on execution through both qualitative managerial as well as quantitative data driven techniques.-Innovate and develop process that establish and manage project Plan of Record (PoR) to ensure programs finish on time, within scope and budget -Forecast non-recurring engineering (NRE) budget across all development programs as well as monitor and report on budget actual spending. -Responsible for overall management of the Change Request systems for chip, software and hardware systems

Constituted a process to identify critical technology development opportunities and worked with executives and company stakeholders to initiate development programs. -Led program management of all CSR technology development efforts for the IoT, Automotive, GPS, and Voice and Music product lines. Reported directly to CSR CTO and VP of Engineering. -Built industry partnerships and developed customer opportunities in support of new technology programs. -Promoted cloud hosted value add platforms that made use of CSR products in various IoT applications including: BLE based beaconing for customer and asset tracking for Retail, Hospital, and Defense applications and Indoor Locations capabilities. -Led a company-wide innovation effort to encourage all employees to think about and share innovative ideas. Set up a company wide "Innovation Portal" where all employees but especially engineers could submit ideas on new technology innovation. Helped establish a corporate Investment Review Board (IRB) that was chaired by the CFO and attended by key CSR executives to review and fund new innovations.
