I also worked with client developers if they had any questions or issues in regards to having a custom API integration via Scribe. ⦁ Worked a majority with clients using the API integration. i. Made API calls on both the clients accounts and within test environments. ii. Scheduled calls with clients to explain how the API works, limitations, show-cased examples, and troubleshoot major issues occurring on their systems. iii. Used logging and reporting to track issues happening in clients accounts. ⦁ Worked Onsite with clients ii. Made sure that all the tech arrived and was accounted for. iii. Setup the devices for use. (ipads, scanners, printers, wifi routers, etc) iv. Helped client with any onsite issues that may occur. (ex. printer malfunctions, scanner issues, integration issues, and platform issues as well) and anything additional that they may need help with.v. Was in charge of checking that all the items were accounted for and shipped back accordingly.
