I am actively involved with security compliance around server patching, and access control to file and folder. Below are some of the technologies I have dealt with.• Windows Server systems, including Server 2012, 2008 and even some 2003• Backup job creation (Specifically Veeam)• Symantec VIP (client management)• WSUS patch management and deployment• Some group policy management• Microsoft Exchange / Veritas (Symantec) Enterprise Vault• Citrix Remote technologies including VDI/Application presentation.• Some AppSense use (mainly from a client management perspective.• Support of the Executive team that utilized Apple technologies (MacBook, iPhone and iPad)

Client Services Engineer
In this role I was client facing onsite support. I worked on hardware faults and support site hardware. This included tracing faults from PC through Infrastructure switches and cabling. I had exposure to planning and implementing projects around user moments and resource allocation. The primary role I provided was to put a face to I.T. and assist with any issues that could not be resolved remotely.
