Current- Responsibilities
- Screening the resume according to the client requirement, location and other constrain.
- Manage the entire recruiting process, from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer and final placement; from discussing the opportunity, presenting the resume,negotiating rates,coordinating.
- Recruit for all IT levels of consultants in all categories - Citizen, Green Card, W2, H1B, Sub-contracting, Corp to Corp & 1099 basis.
- Job Postings and Resume Screening and contacting probable candidates in the United States.
- Source candidates using the following methods: referrals, networking, Internet, database mining, user groups.
