Senior Key Account Executive
Current- Directing the execution of business plans, policies, and SOPs, strategizing and planning the allocation of resources for a diverse portfolio of brands including Johnson & Johnson, Neutrogena, OGX, Carefree, Listerine.
- Sales and Distribution management for Key Accounts Including, Lulu, Carrefour, Nesto, Ramez, Sultan Centre, Al Fair in the Capital Region of Oman.
- Managing a team of 6 Merchandisers, ensuring their alignment with set targets and objectives, and providing leadership and guidance for optimum performance.
- Directing the formulation and implementation of effective sales strategies aimed at surpassing established targets, involving the analysis of market trends and competitor activities for identifying growth opportunities.
- Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the territory to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensuring that all the fundamentals are implemented in the market with proper visibilities as per the BDA, availability of all the skus, share of shelf, and distribution
