Tampons, Clean & Clear to maximize sales and market coverage. ● Sales and Distribution management for Key Accounts Including, Lulu, Carrefour, Nesto, Ramez, Sultan Centre, Al Fair in the Capital Region of Oman. ● Managing a team of 6 Merchandisers, ensuring their alignment with set targets and objectives, and providing leadership and guidance for optimum performance.● Directing the formulation and implementation of effective sales strategies aimed at surpassing established targets, involving the analysis of market trends and competitor activities for identifying growth opportunities.● Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the territory to identify growth opportunities. ● Ensuring that all the fundamentals are implemented in the market with proper visibilities as per the BDA, availability of all the skus, share of shelf, and distribution ● Cultivating robust relationships with key clients and accounts, addressing their concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, while incorporating valuable customer feedback into sales strategies.● Proficiently utilizing sales technology and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, ensuring accurate and real-time recordkeeping of sales activities, facilitating informed decision-making and efficient sales operations.● Managing collections from the trade and settling all the customer outstanding, and reconciling each account regularly.

● Responsible for sales and distribution of the Johnson & Johnson portfolio across all the channels including MT, TT, LG & SG. ● Ensure full implementation of sales fundamentals in the assigned outlets.● Key Account negotiation, Annual Contracts, Activation, Event Participation etc.● Report market and competitive activities to my manager with recommendations on actions and objectives that should be adhered to.● Financial reconciliation for the entire group accounts in the country.● Manage collections from the trade and settle all customer credit outstanding.
