I manage an account of 800+ employees handling their Engagement Activities, Performance Management Cycle, Rewards and Recognitions, Gauging Employee's Pulse, Grievance Handling, HR Operational Excellence, HR Analytics Support,Trainings, Employee Communication, Talent Retention, Liaising with Senior Management team and overall effectiveness of HR service delivery to the Business.I have also been a part of or lead initiatives like Deferred Incentive Schemes,Partner Opinion Surveys,Employee satisfaction Survey (E-voice), Appraisal Alignment Framework, New Joiner Delight Program, Leadership Development Initiatives (CDIA- Career Development in Action) etc. at ITC Infotech.
