Currently leading GSK's global supply chain strategy team for Vaccines and Medicine portfolios. My team is responsible for designing supply chains, new product launches, Life cycle management, long range capacity design, network design. I also lead global supply chain business development, alliance management and divestments team. Other responsibilities include, supply chain risk management, strategy deployment and Strategic PMO.

Led end-to-end Pharma supply chain management as well as the therapy area strategy teams - Immunology, Respiratory, Oncology, HIV and General medicines, aligned to Commercial and R&D. This included a global team of over 800 supply chain professionals. Responsibilities included - Supply chain strategy, global planning, logistics, warehousing/distribution, artwork/packaging and ERP master data management.Key Achievements: -- GSK supply chain was ranked in Gartner Top25 Supply Global Supply Chains in 2023- Led creation of new Global planning model and launch of Planning Hub model in Europe.- Successful integration of Sierra Oncology Supply Chain and launch of Ojjara (Memelotinib)- Co-Led Biopharm Network Steering with head of CMC Development.

Responsible for Supply Chain Leadership for GSK's Oncology, Immunology, COVID Therapies, Specialty Medicine and Respiratory Biologic medicines. My team managed Global supply chain planning, NPI launches, Product Lifecycle strategy and Network Strategy for Specialty Pharma portfolio. Lead the US Regional customer supply chain team responsible for warehousing and distribution.Key Achievements: -- Created the new central Global Planning Organization.- Led an ambitious Inventory Management Program to optimize working capital in SC.- Led the BD deal for and Integrated TESARO supply chain team into GSK- Successfully Launched GSK's new age specialty/oncology meds that include - Blenrep, Jemperli, Zejula- Led SC integration and launch of Sotrovimab COVID therapy in partnership with VIR Biotechnology.

Responsible for creating supply chains for a very exciting GSK pipeline that includes new Immuno-inflammation, oncology, specialty and global heath portfolio assets. Responsible for supply chains of GSK's key commercial biologicals Benlysta and Nucala.
