I have been leading a team of several Developers for the development and maintenance of an Enterprise wide application Channel Link Platform at SunTrust Bank. The application is the heart of the banking business and has a user base of 17000 employees including branch officers, call center agents and Back office users. The applica-tion provides end to end solution to all banking needs connecting to more than a dozen host systems to retrieve and maintain data and present to the client.• Building and leading team based on the model of Rapid Action Development.• Taking SRS & BRS from business team as input and preparing technical design documents for developers.• Working with business stakeholders to understand need and areas for improvement of the application and working towards it• Co-ordination and leading work with various teams working on different platforms to solve critical prob-lems in the application• Analysis of the functional change requirements provided by the Clients.• Perform code changes.

I was trained by SunTrust bank to develop one of their biggest application on .NET technologies utilizing ARGO vendor based tools. I was responsible for the complete SDLC from gathering requirements to UAT to installation of the application. I have developed some of the critical business functionalities end to end. It was great opportunity to work in different projects in Bartronics. It was a good experience to work not only in .Net projects but also in projects which require interaction with smart cards, RFID readers, fingerprint devices, mobile devices and handheld terminals. The projects were quite big but the amount of time was less to complete the projects so the pressure was huge to complete the work in time.
