Checking the quality of the parts. Testing the specs to the drawings on a Optical Comparator and testing the Tensile/Camber of each part being made. Keeping up with documentation from each part produced and all Quality Documents. Doing Audits on the parts shipping out. Working frequently with excel and the Quality system HQMS. Tagging or Releasing any quarantine items that are questionable. Ensuring the Customer receives the best Quality part to their overall standards. Filling in for positions out of my job description like forklift operator, line operator, and shipping coordinator. Coordinating with the Customers to resolve and make better relationships between the companies.

Contacting/Visiting Customers when there were any quality issues, Providing 8D and 3 Why Reports to the Customer. Issuing Quality Alerts on any Customer issues and dealing with Excel/Word frequently. Training/Supervising Operators and Auditors on new Quality issues and observing to see if they are fulfilling their duties properly. Helping with Audits when the Company would have yearly Audits or Customer Audits. Directing any Quality Quarantines/Reworks. Assisting Engineers with new upcoming products that the company would receive from start to finish. Provide improvements on the processes of each department. Over all making sure the Company delivered solid Quality parts to the Customers.
