Mississippi Case EditorMississippi Law Journal Feb 2023 - Sep 2024I head the Mississippi Law Journal’s “BriefServ.” Each Sunday, I send our paying subscribers a Newsletter which consists of all of the briefs that the Mississippi Supreme Court and Court of Appeals opinions handed down that week. I assign our Staff Editors an opinion to brief after they are handed down. Once I receive the briefs, I edit each to ensure the Courts’ points are included and correct, while adhering to our standard Newsletter format.
