Supervise a team of 50+ Instructors and Educational Assistants by communicating logistical information, remedying student & parents issues and delivering positive feedback. Interview and train new employees for OMSI Summer Classes Educator & Assistant positions. Provide ongoing direction, leadership and maintenance for outreach & classes program operations. Develop and augment program curriculum to enhance Outreach & Classes programs.

Taught and presented science programming and assemblies to K-12 youth throughout the Pacific Northwest. Coordinated traveling logistics, overnight stays, and programming details with the schools and institutions. Developed age-appropriate programs for k-12th grade students and professional development for k-12 educators.

Taught, developed and presented astronomy and space science themed programming to K-12 schools and museum visitors. Trained and supervised staff members and volunteers acting as ushers for our daily shows.

Developed and taught science and environmental education to K- 12 groups throughout Pacific Northwest. As a returning educator, I also coordinated logistics of traveling science education programs with other instructors, supervised students, chaperons and counselors during on and off-site camp activities.
