I currently work as a Senior Analyst at an Emergency Management Consulting Company. In this role, I am involved in various FEMA Continuous Process Technical Assistance Program (CITAP) deliverables and Technical Support Services projects. My duties include creating visual dashboards for data analytics, assisting with metrics reporting, producing short instructional videos covering aspects of the National Continuous Improvement Guidance (NCIG), and coordinating client engagement and team meetings. Additionally, I work on technical support services contracts, focusing on data analytics and developing training material.Previously, I was a consultant and Associate 1 at an emergency and disaster management consulting company where I focused on public health preparedness, crisis communication, and counter-terrorism. In that role, I served as the deputy project manager and led the planning and coordination of tabletop exercises for all-hazard disaster plans. I also facilitated pandemic preparedness discussions and region-wide tabletop exercises, and assisted in writing various disaster plans and multiple COVID-19 After Action Reports.Before my consulting role, I served in the Air Force as a flight medic and program manager for mission planning. During my time in the Air Force, I developed and implemented a continuity training plan for our operations section, oversaw training for base-wide members on emergency medical procedures and combat medical training. I hold a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a minor in Mathematics and a Master's Degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from AMU. I am also currently pursuing a master's in business administration with a specialization in strategic leadership.
