Prepare petitions/applications for various Nonimmigrant and Immigrant visas cases for clients, which include more than half of the Fortune 50 corporations, and some of North Carolina’s largest employers. Case work includes temporary work visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and J) temporary work visas (H-1B, E-1/2, TN, O-1, L, J); I-140 (EB-1 Outstanding Researcher, EB-1 Multi-National Managers, EB-2); I-485 (Employment and family based); fiancé/fiancée petitions; applications for employment authorization document; travel document; replacement I-94; I-90; I-751; change/extension of status, including B2. Prepared and filed PERM Labor certifications, response to requests for evidence. Responsible for the J-1 visa program with my clients in the firm. Coordinate and lead the J-1 program for our office and primary contact with our J-1 Sponsor. Draft correspondence to agencies and clients. Train new paralegals and associate attorneys. Manage various administrative duties, including maintain case management database in INSZoom, direct client contact-- phone calls, emails, and postal/FedEx correspondence; contact USCIS and U.S. consulate/embassies.

 Processed transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance to established policies and FDIC guidlines. Balanced cash fund daily. Completed over/short adjustments and sent all work for tellers to operations department. Received cash and check deposits, counted incoming cash from outside services, examined checks and validated deposit tickets. Sold consignment items, including cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks, and money orders. Provided teller transaction quality and efficiency to each customer. Educated and promoted the sale of bank products and cross-sold existing products and services to customers.

 Primary duties included controlling all aspects of incoming and outgoing filings in multiple offices, specifically for the firm’s Creditor’s Rights, Trust and Estates, and Corporate departments. I trained all new paralegals and support staff on the company’s filing procedures. Performed administrative tasks, including operating a multifunctional switchboard to assist in appointments, conferences, and filing documents, notarized legal documents, and met with clients. Assisted with organizing and conducting marketing events, which included recruiting programs and quarterly luncheons with existing clients. Other responsibilities included preparing all large administrative projects for experts, trials, or filings.

 Processed customer purchases and service transactions at registers; Managed cash drawer for high volumes of sales; Responsible for processing payments for credit cards; and processed credit card applications in the store. Responsible for all exchanged and returned merchandise, including the process of destroying hazardous materials. Met and exceeded sale requirements for credit applications monthly.
