Operational Excellence Coordinator
CurrentResponsible for identifying, documenting, improving and assisting with resolution of company processes and procedures. Collaborate with the team members to optimize daily activities, and processes of the business across the board.Major Duties and Responsibilities• Planning and participation in Continuous Improvement initiatives• Assist in implementing enhanced processes to streamline processes to enhance client experience• Monitoring of action registers for improvement initiatives• Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements to leadership team• Ensure that processes are documented and maintained for training and consistency purposes• Work with leadership team to ensure team members are working according to standard processesand procedures• Evaluation and review of implemented process and procedure changes to ensure long termsustainability• Liaison between different departments to achieve optimal workflow through value streams• Review and distribute performance reports as requested by leadership to help with data trackingto identify areas of opportunity for improvement• Serve as team member liaison to promote the value of Performance Measures• Assist in development, communication and organization of Kuester Best Practices• Collaborate with Human Resources Department to distribute SOPs during new hire onboarding• Coordinate and monitor new hire training• Coordinate distribution of all multi-community communications• Develop and distribute communication pieces for partner communities as requested by leadership• Coordinate with IT department to provide operational perspective on software utilization andefficiency• Other assigned projects and responsibilities as needed
