• Oversees the development, administration, operations, scheduling and supervision of, but not limited to, weight loss programs, cooking series, free and paid nutrition consults, youth weight loss initiative, meditation and well-being presentations and any other nutrition and healthy-lifestyle programs • Facilitates 90 Days Program• Helps clients exercise effectively and safety to achieve their fitness goals

• Prepare, cook, and present food items in a quick and efficient manner• Accommodate special requests for food (gluten free, vegan, allergies, etc.)• Answer questions regarding information of the food products

• Train employees and ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service• Provide nutritional/health information to customers about our products• Manage the floor and performance of coworkers• Ensure proper cash handling/deposits and inventory orders

• Lead group exercise classes (Total Body Conditioning, Sports Conditioning, etc.) and instruct youth programs (BeStrong, Run Club, First Step Nutrition and Wellness, etc.)• Provide both educational and motivational fitness workouts for clients in need • Create and facilitate nutrition workshops with the Nutrition Director

• Facilitate children’s healthy cooking classes• Provide health and nutrition education to members enrolled in the 10-week weight loss program, Weigh to Change• Assist the Nutrition Director with workshops, event planning, and marketing of nutrition and wellness programing • Inspire and motivate members to make sustainable lifestyle changes • Lead group nutrition discussion to a variety of populations (active older adults, children, integration population)• Operate and perform 3D body scans using the styku machine

• Help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through nutrition, weigh-ins, checking on how the program is going, holding them accountable for their scheduled workout times • Demonstrate exercises and routines to clients • Assist clients in exercises and correct form constantly • Provide information or resourced on general fitness and health issues
