Browne Academy’s Board of Trustees is responsible for the following:The strategic future of Browne Academy, the fiscal stability of the school, broad policy, selecting and supporting the Head of School.

Overseeing four departments and personally spearhead major events, the high-value donor team, and estate gift planning.

Fostered relationships with high-wealth individuals, and C-Suite executives and other leaders at corporations and organizations to secure donations for education and needs-based funds. Developed 30+ corporate partnerships such as General Dynamics, Sodexo, and BAE. I also prepared and presented quarterly reports to executives, and foundation leadership.

Primary Care Overlay – Symbicort, Pulmicort Flexhaler / PAC Associate Lead Corporate Responsibility• Acknowledged as a sales leader for the largest territory in Virginia, exceeded quotas consistently. Developed robust global pilot volunteer program.Developed global volunteer programs that align employee volunteer efforts with citizenship objectives, science education, health care, military community giving. Create mechanism to capture volunteer hours and impact to report on DJSi, Fortune’s Most Admired, Best Places to Work etc. Provided guidance and counsel on team building and leadership opportunities to improve employee job skills and outcomes.
