I have a relentless passion for improving the lives of people through my work for non-profit initiatives. It is a vision that I have been running with for years. The desire to consistently drive positive change in multiple ways is what keeps me going. As an accomplished Senior Executive in the civic and social organization industry, I provide strategic leadership and operational solutions that facilitate the accomplishment of organizational goals. Developing strategies, improving processes, and implementing programs for humanitarian campaigns have been fulfilling for me over the last 13 years. Success for non-profit organizations is achieved through effective leadership, operational expertise, proven experience, and a true commitment to charitable service. As Chief Operating Officer at HOPE Atlanta, I managed the day-to-day operations with budget exceeding $11M and oversaw all client programs and services within 6 departments. I built and led teams of highly motivated individuals strategically positioned and focused on achieving organizational goals within a given timeline. Working with a team is a big deal for me because together everyone achieves more.Networking and building strategic relationships with partner organizations, funders, and non-profit stakeholders have been a significant part of my career success so far. That has helped me work collaboratively with others to house hundreds of homeless individuals and families. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I understand the art of clearly communicating ideas that facilitate learning, improve standards and stimulate development. I also hold a master’s degree in Social Work. My goal is to touch more lives by providing visionary leadership and direction that deliver efficiency and great results in the non-profit sector. If you are interested in learning more about my work, please do not hesitate to reach out:✉ ashleyswilliams6@gmail.com
