Success for non-profit organizations is achieved through effective leadership, operational expertise, proven experience, and a true commitment to charitable service. As Chief Operating Officer at HOPE Atlanta, I managed the day-to-day operations with budget exceeding $11M and oversaw all client programs and services within 6 departments. I built and led teams of highly motivated individuals strategically positioned and focused on achieving organizational goals within a given timeline. Working with a team is a big deal for me because together everyone achieves more.Networking and building strategic relationships with partner organizations, funders, and non-profit stakeholders have been a significant part of my career success so far. That has helped me work collaboratively with others to house hundreds of homeless individuals and families.
