During my time at DHI I was in college. I worked part time as the Designer taking on the full home design projects. I would go to clients homes for initial consultations and come back to the office to create Design Presentations with the furniture the store had to offer. My day to day activities included assisting clients in furniture selections and sales.Keeping up with current design trends was an important part of this Job as many of the clients were Young Professionals wanting to style their space on a budget.I also handled the direct marketing and advertisements for Dream Home Interiors. Those responsibilities included creating Facebook and Instagram Ads. Working with the site editor to improve Code that would in turn improve the sites SEO. I was in constant communication with third party companies that worked on our Google Ads and Second Market Ads ( Offer Up, Facebook Marketplace etc)

I was responsible for opening and closing the store, counting cash drawers and locking up the safe, creating employee schedules and assisting in product selection for the region.
