As a member of the management team, oversaw Fraternity initiatives aimed at recruiting, recognizing, training, and retaining staff. Lead employment engagement initiatives and staff development plans. Successfully planned and executed a corporation relocation of forty-five onsite staff members. Oversaw facility management needs at Tri Delta’s corporate.

Led a team charged with maintaining positive relations with stakeholders and supporting all aspects of operations for Tri Delta’s collegiate chapters across North America. Streamlined data collection and developed customizable support plans designed to support short term and long-term sustainability of chapter.
