As a member of the management team, collaborate cross departmentally to ensure Tri Delta is strategically positioned for long-term housing success. Provide leadership support when navigating complex housing issues. Serve as a staff liaison and subject matter expert to a national volunteer team. Research and develop new training procedures that elevate value to both volunteers and staff. Identify future training needs, build curriculum, and source facilitators to deliver content. Annually review training content and identify learning gaps that need to be addressed. Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs, as necessary. Provide support to employee management initiatives for all facility employees. Offer counsel and advice, implement reporting mechanisms to gather and preserve information, develop ongoing communications, and oversee Tri Delta Housing’s presence during events and conferences. Identify and develop new business acquisition opportunities.

As a member of the management team, oversaw Fraternity initiatives aimed at recruiting, recognizing, training, and retaining staff. Lead employment engagement initiatives and staff development plans. Successfully planned and executed a corporation relocation of forty-five onsite staff members. Oversaw facility management needs at Tri Delta’s corporate office. Provided direct support to Communications/IT on internal communications and member database processes.

Led a team charged with maintaining positive relations with stakeholders and supporting all aspects of operations for Tri Delta’s collegiate chapters across North America. Streamlined data collection and developed customizable support plans designed to support short term and long-term sustainability of chapter.
