• Initiated and balanced all federal wire activity for OppenheimerFunds. Responsible for moving between $500 million to over $1 billion dollars every day to and from operating bank accounts and custodian accounts. Worked.
• Validated and remitted all shareholder taxes for Federal and State withholding on a daily basis. Reconciled monthly and yearly as well.
• Oversaw review of control functions within Global Operations Oversight to determine risk and cross functional capabilities.

• Reconciled multiple internal bank accounts to ensure money movement flows correctly between internal/external customers and Oppenheimerfunds.
• Resolved 20-30 bank account discrepancies daily through research and communication with other departments to stay in compliance with audit.
• Initiated and executed successful transition of the ACH and Checkdraft functions from Monetary Control to our transfer agent processing area. Yearlong analysis of operations and responsibilities. Led training efforts.

• Processed incoming and outgoing requests on shareholder accounts. Provided excellent customer service to both brokers and shareholders. Worked in a team environment, using multiple systems. Required an eye for detail.
