Ludus Tours offers first class travel packages to world events including the Olympics, World Cup, and festivals in Europe.Ashley organized and managed tours to the Running of the Bulls in Spain and Oktoberfest in Germany. Ashley's responsibilities included sales, itinerary building, pre-trip packets, hotel reservations, meals, transportation, participation in event activities, and on-site hospitality as well as managing budgets, staffing and scheduling. She also worked with Ludus clients, business partners, and sports federation sponsors at the Summer Olympics in Beijing and the Winter Olympics in Vancouver. Ashley handled all bookkeeping activities of Ludus using Quickbooks.

C3 Events puts on community oriented concerts and events, both free and ticketed, during sunny summers in Bend, Oregon.Recruited and managed college interns; coordinated restaurants at outdoor festivals; booked and advanced bands; was involved of all aspects of C3 Events’ art and music series including staffing, sponsorships, office management, volunteer team recruitment and management, band and sponsor hospitality, execution of contracts, etc.
