The more I understand how our users think and function, the better our Team can create experiences that truly fit their needs and feel right for them.As the sole UX Researcher on an agile product team supporting the Diffusion of Excellence at the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), I lead research activities focused on understanding our users’ needs and uncovering insights that enhance the experiences of VA clinicians, innovators, administrators, and anyone interested in Veteran well-being. I'm also passionate about creating content that is people centered. I play a key role in our content design and strategy, ensuring our platform—serving over 27,000 users—delivers information clearly, effectively, and accessibly.

Worked closely with the CEO and COO during the company's exciting growth phase (San Diego's #1 Fastest Growing Company.) I focused on researching and implementing operational improvements, streamlining workflows, and co-managing the launch of our first recruiting platform. I also collaborated with teams to enhance our onboarding processes and improve contractual reporting practices.
