- Currently helps the data team manage over 200,000 monthly book subscriptions throughout the United States & Canada- Support operational activities of the data team for PJ Library (children under the age of 8) and PJOW (children age 9-13 years old) book subscribers in 41 countries- Search, update, and verify subscriber enrollments and records in the subscriber database as appropriate- Assisting with approving over 1000 pending enrollments for PJ Library and PJOW subscribers monthly while also completing in a timely manner- Meeting monthly deadlines- Participate in monthly data verification and process renewals - Detail-oriented to ensure no mistakes; enroller mistakes, correct age and birthdate for the books, moveouts- Assist team members as needed- Knowledge with excel, excel functions, Salesforce, and Navigation Systems

- Working closely with elementary aged students to contribute to the overall success in every child- Assist in daily activities with the children; - Observing over 20+ children at a given time- Progress reports- Create a positive and friendly environment- Take action when problems arise and resolve the situation- Support daily planning and brainstorm new ideas

- Responsible for creating the entire summer camp schedule using Excel- Create groups upwards to 100 children based on various factors- Assign staff to specific roles - Knowledge in vlookup, pivot table, formula functions- Incorporate the week's theme during every gymnastics event- Conduct frequent staff meetings to ensure requirements are met and delivered - Collaborate with team members to create new stations, games, and brainstorm ideas

- Instruct gymnastics classes from the ages of 2 yrs - 12 yrs old- Manage multiple children's skillset at one time and constant observation with every child in class to ensure safety and skills are being performed correctly- Physical spotting- Giving constructive feedback to the children and parents- Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a smooth transition between events, prevent overlap, all while ending and starting on time- Empathy and friendliness characteristics
