I am a graduate of Naropa University’s Clinical Mental Health program with a concentration in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling. In 2019, I graduated from a two-year course in Heart Rhythm Meditation from the Institute for Applied Meditation (iamHeart). Since then, I have begun teaching this form of meditation and am also a meditation and spiritual mentor. Through my coursework, I have developing and refined my skills in active, compassionate listening; empathetic connection; present awareness; and responsiveness and flexibility to clients’ needs. I have previous experience working closely with clients as a home help worker, personal support worker, and hospice volunteer, where I was able to patiently and supportively meet clients and patients where they were at the time.My goal is to help those I work with meet their goals, see and approach their potential, and realize their own innate wisdom and capacity.

I use modalities such as Gestalt, internal family systems, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused and acceptance and commitment therapy to move into deeper patterns of thought and behavior. In this way, clients gain greater integration and understanding. This helps clients move closer to their inherent gifts, resources, and greatness to make changes and live closer to their ideals in the present.
