As a Business Intelligence Senior, I leverage my skills in Alteryx, Power BI, VBA, and a variety of EY Helix tools to perform data extraction, transformation, and visualization of financial data from various ERP systems. I integrate emerging technologies to enhance service delivery quality and solve client challenges through technology. I build user-centered applications, combining business knowledge with technology experience to build automation and analytic solutions. I also act as a subject matter expert in advising clients to gain greater insight into their data and the value that data analytics can bring to their organization through a suite of analytical tools.

As a Technology Risk Consultant, I helped in the delivery of Internal Audit consulting services, assisting in the financial audit of the IT controls and performing audit analytics. I assisted in a variety of clients spanning multiple industries and documented various clients' platform structures, security softwares, and how information systems are used at the client and within the client's industry. Within my role, I focussed on the assessment and evaluation of IT systems and the mitigation of IT-related business risks.I recognized relevant financial statement issues from basic analysis and identifed potential non-compliance standards.

As a team member of Walk This Way/Team Positive Presence I helped bridge the gap between UMass Students and Amherst community members. On Friday and Saturday nights I walked around campus to ensure that all students were having fun in a safe environment and were being respectful to the surrounding community. With this position, I interacted with over 13,000 students each semester and provided assistance to them if needed. In addition, I worked to spread positivity around campus through special events and free goods. I helped assemble tens of thousands of free goods with positive messages on them and distributed them across campus. I also helped run events that helped students connect with each other, building a stronger UMass community.

As an intern with Cardinal Health I received hands-on experience in supply chain and operations and developed my interpersonal skills through managing and directing dozens of employees. I worked on a project utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools to optimize Cardinal Health's warehouse processes. My project specifically involved the distribution center's receiving, sorting, and put away process. After working in the specific job functions and interacting with all employees to obtain their input, I created and implemented a new process. Using data I collected, I calculated metrics, such as process lead time and batch cart times, to validate my new process. In the end I was able to improve process lead time by 45% and improve the scans per hour rate by 30%. In addition, I created tools for the Inbound Operations Team to utilize such as a labor requirements calculator. I also participated in a kaizen event as well, regarding external reefer damages, that saved approximately $100,000 in type 1 savings for the distribution center.

As a lifeguard at the Oakley Country Club, I was primarily responsible for overseeing the safety of club members in the pool and surrounding areas. I helped foster a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all guests. Throughout the day, I also helped maintain the facilities, provided aid to club members, and handled other operational tasks. I continuously communicated and effectively worked with the other staff members and my supervisors to make sure all guests were well taken care of.

As a private violin teacher, I taught students in the Arlington and surrounding communities. I primarily worked with students in the 3rd and 4th grade but have also tutored students ranging up to middle school grades. With numerous students at varying levels, I adapted lesson plans to each students' needs. I chose specific music pertaining to what they needed to work on and analyzed their progression each week. Several of my students also desired to audition for select orchestras within their towns. I helped review the audition music with them and modified the music to highlight their capabilities.

As an intern with Boston Ski & Sports Club I had numerous responsibilities and acted as a BSSC liaison to community members. I ran numerous volleyball, kickball, and ultimate frisbee leagues for adults in the Boston area. In preparation of league games I set up facilities and helped manage the logistics of the game. In the office, I handled numerous phone calls, emails, registrations, rosters, and league standings. I also performed other administrative tasks and projects when needed. I monitored their database for new signups and transferred any new information into a more concise format in Excel. In addition, I regularly updated the bssc.com website with new edits including new leagues, cancellations, and additional options. When meeting players and clients, I distributed BSSC and other sponsored products and most importantly fostered positive and ongoing relationships with all BSSC participants.

As a counselor for Burnside Music Festival, I helped coordinate daily activities and oversaw the well-being of all the campers. I coached several chamber groups and worked with each group on cohesiveness, technique, and style in the music they were performing. I also communicated with the camp directors throughout the day and facilitated the various operations that went on during the day, including orchestra setup, lunch preparation, and rehearsal directing.

As a swim instructor at the North Suburban YMCA I taught kids ages 2-15 in the fundamentals of swimming and promoted water safety. I worked with kids in various levels, from swimmers getting into the pool for their first time all the way up to swim team, and planned individualized lessons for each child. I also managed pool equipment, kept inventory of pool supplies, and set up the facilities for several pool activities.
