Despite joining the company directly into such turbulent conditions, Austin immediately began efficiently digesting any information being thrown at him. Because we were a two-man team in charge of 3 positions, it was very important that Austin learn quickly and he stepped up to the plate without hesitation. Austin has a valuable set of problem-solving skills that he uses to complete the tasks he is given, no matter the difficulty. Austin's "tell it to me straight" attitude makes talking with him a joy and also eases the communication between him and his co-workers.
