Hello! I’m Avery, and I am a senior at Temple University’s Klein College of Media and Communication pursuing a degree in Advertising with a dual concentration in brand strategy & research and copywriting. My passion lies in finding the ‘sweet-spot’ between strategy and carefully crafted creative. On campus, I serve as the President of Temple University's American Marketing Association (TU-AMA) for the 2024-2025 academic year. In this role, I oversee the allocation of our annual budget across operational expenses, recruitment, and philanthropic efforts, while also generating revenue through corporate sponsorships and consulting projects. I also lead TU-AMA’s executive board in achieving over 60 organizational goals, aimed at delivering both professional and personal value to our 250+ members and stakeholders.Additionally, I am an intern with Temple’s Strategic Marketing and Communications office, where I create copy for blogs, emails, and social media content. These experiences have honed my ability to work strategically and produce creative executions. Moving forward, I am eager to expand my knowledge and skills within the fashion, beauty, and interior design industries.
