I am a junior marketing major with a digital marketing minor at Temple University's Fox School of Business pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration. I am currently the Director of Cherry Consulting for Temple University’s American Marketing Association where I oversee and manage our student-run in-house marketing firm. My responsibilities include conducting outreach to secure 6 clients for each semester, hiring and supervising 15-18 project leads per semester, and overseeing the projects all semester long to ensure marketing objectives and deliverables are being completed in a timely manner. I am also a Case Team Lead this year for TU-AMA’s Case Team. We are given a case from sponsors where we are tasked with creating a marketing campaign over the semester to solve a problem. We then submit our case to be ranked by AMA National, where if we place as a finalist, we create a presentation to compete at the AMA International Collegiate Conference in New Orleans. To achieve these objectives, I work alongside my Co-Case Team Lead to effectively lead and delegate tasks to 18 Case Team members in meetings keeping us on track to reach our goals. I hope to continue to learn more and expand my marketing knowledge through future internships which I am currently looking for that will start in Summer 2025.
