I'm Lisa I love learning, reading, running, yoga, rock climbing, sunshine, and the outdoors. Honestly I could keep going but I'll stop there. I've a dog and a fish, I make bread on the weekends and have found that I no longer like store bought breadšIn the last year I've learned 2 things. 1 how important good people in my life are. The second, and most important, is I've started to learn the importance of loving and taking care of myself. I feel this is almost an abused subject on social media, but truly taking care of yourself through self love, therapy, diet and exercise, and listening to your inner self can't be understated. Be kind to yourself and others. Most of us have more than enough shit and not enough love. Be the light! I work as a software engineer at Myriad Genetics as a full stack developer.
