We regularly represent commercial, residential, mixed use, urban and historic redevelopment, and industrial projects in all facets of land use and zoning matters throughout Virginia and work regularly with State and local agencies and government bodies involved in approving.

Reviewed SUP's, rezonings, conditional rezonings, CUP's, subdivisions and POD's for conformance with City requirements and sound planning principals. Acted as project manager, coordinating City agency reviews, for numerous significant land use projects such as the Stony Point Fashion Park, the Philip Morris Biotech Facility and the Shops at Stratford Hills.
