About Bao Guyene

Providing apartment and property managers with a single login for their turnover needs has changed the way people in the multi-family housing industry work. One of my primary responsibilities is overseeing and managing our dispatch team, organizing the next steps, and keeping pace with more than 200 jobs every day. With three dispatchers reviewing all live jobs to ensure they’re completed correctly and on time, I have a front-row view into what our clients need, how we can optimize what they need, and provide it faster with fewer headaches saving them time and money. With a background in retail and customer services, I recognize the importance of clear communication, exceeding expectations and delivering on a promise.
