As an accountant, I, of course, like numbers and the clarity they provide. Since joining ATI, I’ve also come to appreciate the clarity that comes with good leadership, team commitment and a desire to elevate every team member by helping them realize their dreams. From our Accountability Code of Action, concise core values and a high level of accountability, we focus on the right actions for the people we serve — apartment owners and property managers and our employees. My primary motivation as an accountant had always been to *make sure the numbers worked, *and now I see we all have an opportunity to grow beyond our immediate role, expand our horizon and develop into stronger leaders and participants in the company and throughout our respective communities.As Apartment Turnovers and Apartment Restorers continues to expand, we are excited to talk to skilled service technicians and tradespeople that are seeking a work environment where their colleagues are committed to helping them achieve their future. Apartment Turnovers was built from the ground up as a full-service company that provides apartment and property managers in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia with a one-call turnover service solution for all their apartment turnover and renovation service needs. I enjoy spending time with my family, running, traveling, and reading. I consider myself a bit of a foodie and love all kinds of foods. Over the years volunteering has been one of my favorite ways to meet people and give back. I hope to continue volunteering well into the future.
