Turning what was a multi-step, multi-contractor process into a single call with a dedicated team was long overdue and has proven to increase occupancy rates, resident satisfaction and financial benefit.Reinventing and raising the standard in the apartment turnover industry requires hiring the best people and giving them a vision for their future. While people are at the center of all we do, we saw a need for greater access and continued accountability. We developed “My ATI Client Portal,” and now our clients and team members have 24/7 access.I am passionate about encouraging others to become the best version of themselves and foster this through our company culture and core values, and, I know this begins with me. I am driven to learn, reinvent, and lead a business that serves our clients, team members, their families, and communities in a powerful and meaningful way. Apartment Turnovers was built from the ground up as a full-service company that provides apartment and property managers in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia with a one-call turnover service solution for all their apartment turnover and renovation service needs. When I’m not working on our business, I’m with my family— my wife and four children— and enjoying the time we spend together. I’m a long-distance runner (longer than you may think), car enthusiast, and dabbler in mastering a variety of hobbies.
