Purchasing Manager of the Indirect Purchasing Team, which consist of 4 other staff membersSources and administers purchase orders for 29,000+ Booz Allen Hamilton employees and associated efforts, including the processing of other indirect costs and handling third party vendors.• Handles the purchase of material and cost analysis for multiple large programs, including all SIG 'Option Value Investments - Big Bets' IR&D programs, as the Lead procurement specialist managing all associated project requirements and efforts.• Handles multiple, complex requirements in a high-demand environment to meet critical deadlines, while upholding superior customer service.• Processes and provides leadership with detailed monthly analytic reports;'Purchasing Summary & Statistics' report and 'Pricing Analysis and Forecast Spend' report for SIG Option Value Investments programs.• Reviews and negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, license agreements, master service agreements, and statements of work.• Processes adjustment vouchers, RMAs, requisitions, modifications, and pricing justifications.• Handles new supplier on-boarding. Work with contractors on associated non-compete, NDA, background checks, and other internal documentation for due diligences.• Assists with DCAA audits and collection of required documentation for compliance.• Provides guidance to staff on BuyOnline systems, including input of requisitions, modifications, de-obligations, and invoice approvals.• Settles with suppliers regarding damaged claims, rejections, losses, returns of materials, over shipment, cancellations and engineering changes• Provides support through the timely resolution of assigned Help Desk tickets and BuyOnline invoice actions that warrant indirect purchasing actions.• Solicit and evaluate bids, select and recommend suppliers to negotiate price, delivery, quality and service.• Performs other contract related duties as assigned by Managers

• Sources and administers purchase orders for 22,000+ Booz Allen Hamilton employees and associated efforts, including the processing of other indirect costs and handling third party vendors.• Manages indirect purchasing monthly review and processing for accounts payable 'Capital Fixed Asset Report'.• Handles multiple, complex requirements in a high-demand environment to meet critical deadlines, while upholding superior customer service.• Reviews and negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, license agreements, master service agreements, and statements of work.• Processes adjustment vouchers, RMAs, requisitions, modifications, and pricing justifications.• Handles new supplier on-boarding. • Oversee bid proposal process, including bid package preparation, solicitation and review to acquire goods and services as required.• Perform strategic analysis of price proposals, financial reports and production requirements to determine procurement needs.• Serve as Change Board Team Member providing interface with Engineering, Finance, Quality and Production to keep suppliers abreast of product changes.• Experience in a planning/scheduling role with MRP and production scheduling systems
