During my time with the FBI I have gained invaluable experience in leading and conducting investigations, obtaining prosecutions, and enhancing safety across federal and local organizations.  ► A main responsibility I’ve held is to coordinate and oversee training and learning programs for over 600 Federal Agents and professional staff members within my area of responsibility, ensuring each member of my team had ample opportunity to hone and advance their skills and achieve performance advancements.  ► I collaborate with over 16,000 uniformed officers throughout the area, building a cohesive network of law enforcement members and expanding the FBI’s impact.  ► Managed innumerable counterterrorism investigations of individuals and organizations, successfully neutralizing and disrupting terrorist groups, obtaining prosecutions, and deporting illegal threats.  ► Assisted our nation’s military oversee efforts by conducting interviews, interrogations, and polygraph examinations on high-value detainees.  ► Diligently oversee active surveillance of criminal and national security suspects, creating detailed logs on their activities with photographs to support data.  ► Maintain abreast of all current events, international and abroad.  ► Conduct full-cycle polygraph exams, preparing subjects for testing, overseeing exam procedures, investigating findings, and debriefing agents.  ► Oversaw training procedures for hundreds of law enforcement officers, organizing successful local training and National Academy events as the Dallas FBI Training Coordinator. ► Designed and initiated an FBI-wide Task Force Office Training Program and Manual, focusing education on FBI administrative requirements, necessary for conducting successful, highly complex criminal, terrorism, and intelligence investigations.

Served in the US Army, both Active Duty and Reserves. Served in Operation Desert Shield / Desert Storm.
