I have been working with-in the Records Management Department for three years and have had many challenges which includes a large numbers of projects to get the department up and running correctly and to a high quality of standard that the business requires. I have introduced a new Records Management system to the business, trained business users on the new Records Management system to ensure the Records are correct and comply with the banks processes.I am in the progress of ensuring all historic records are correct and comply with the current processes that are in place.Project Managed• Decommissioning of old Internal Records system and a successful Installation of FileTrack (Records Management system), data cleanse, incorporating all staff & user training• Destruction project of over 26,000 boxes past retention - destroyed 15,610 boxes successfully• Missing box information of over 9,000 boxes ‘flipped the lid’• Data cleanse of duplicate boxes approx. 1,000 boxes (with same box reference)• Offsite scanning project 72,000 images being scanned and uploaded onto FileTrack including OCR of scanned image• Installation of MailTrack – Mailroom track and trace system• Data cleanse of boxes in storage - Vendor and FileTrack match correctly• Annual Audits Review of Vendor Archiving storage facility including reviewing their process and Security audits of storage facility and Destruction site• Writing a new Process Manual for the business and staff• Williams Lea divisional charity raffle, liaised with Williams Lea suppliers for donations towards the raffle and raised over £2.000
