For over 20 years, delivering large scale, performance solutions; full-stack and services-based architecture, design and implementation; for Retail eCommerce and Financial Services clients, including Urban Outfitters, Maurices, Barneys New York, BigLots, Express, TJMaxx, Backcountry.com, Nutrisystem, Serena and Lily, Jewelry TV (JTV), American Eagle Outfitters, Chicos, New York & Company, Pioneer Investments and Scudder Kemper Investments.As you might guess, I've touched a lot of tech over my 20+ years, though I seem to keep coming back to the Java world and related techs (Jersey/REST, Spring Boot, JSP, Maven/Ant, JDBC/Batis + Oracle DB/MySQL, Oracle Web Commerce, etc), following Agile/Scrum practices, happily coding away on my preferred macOS workhorses, and deploying to various flavors of Linux. That's where the vast majority of my work and expertise lies. Still, I'll pull in toolchains from other domains as needed (PHP, Python, PostgreSQL, etc) to satisfy client needs... or quickly learn whatever I need to get the job done.
