Performed event support and problem analysis independently according to SLA standards and CBAF management direction. Developed a custom application for STAR liaisons to monitor and review audit data with a significant time savings to staff and processes.

Kansas City, Missouri Area

Key member of a seven person team to certify the HPO Check processing payments software (IPD) conversion. This group is responsible for testing the setup and functionality of the new IPD software and environment before going into production in 2012. Successfully utilized Mainframe JCL’s, DB2/Oracle SQL’s, Aqua Studio, Excel, Access, etc to create the five plus million payments test environment. Data was selected to simulate the delivery channels, error codes, accounting/billing codes, and unique issues from all of our incoming and outgoing customers. Keeping the large amount of data organized in a controlled fashion that allows downstream end users to balance the information that is generated from the tests.

Kansas City, Missouri Area

Key support resource on numerous paper check applications, FedImage and Check 21 platforms operating on multiple operating systems and networks. Primary duties include researching and providing timely solutions to data mining, setup, system and programmatic problems. Effectively utilize tools such as JCL, SyncSort and FileAid to research and troubleshoot issues. Very familiar with Connect:Direct including browser commands to grep logs, handle exceptions. Research and troubleshoot customer issues. Represented and supported our department in BETA application testing to certify new Releases of software. Successfully coordinated the conversion of the FRS’ image storage system to an outsourced vendor/system.
