His knowledge of and appreciation for typography, color theory, and other graphic design principles — not to mention his positive and encouraging attitude — helped me push through creative blocks and achieve optimal design solutions. This was not an unusual occurrence. Ben displayed such versatility on a regular basis. He utilized his skills with photography, videography, editing, and digital media management to provide vital, high-quality assets which I frequently incorporated in my own work designing collateral for both internal and external audiences, including the production of content for recruitment, board books, corporate communications, and social media. Working individually, amongst colleagues, and with external partners, Ben demonstrated meticulous project management skills which enabled the Marketing Department to complete complex, tedious, and essential tasks, such as the creation of countless, perfectly formatted 3D floorplans serving dozens of properties across the company’s sprawling portfolio. As you can surely tell, I was greatly disappointed by Ben’s untimely departure from LivCor due to a company-wide restructuring. His absence is a loss for both the proficiency and culture of our team. However, I do know that, with his diligence, intelligence, humility, creativity, kindness, hard skills, and aptitude for learning, Ben is capable of achieving truly great things.
