• As Systemic Investigations Manager I am responsible for the development and implementation and ongoing oversight of investigations into systemic issues in the housing sector. My duties include:
• Creation, development and implementation of a framework for systemic and thematic investigations, including monitoring of landlords when triggers are activated.
• Identification of areas for further investigation arising from casework and active data management.
• Leading on the delivery of systemic investigations, ensuring that these are investigated efficiently and effectively.
