My career to date has been primarily defined by management of numerous new product developement and commercialization projects for OEM's, industrial general market and automotive aftermarket products. In addition, I have led multiple product cost reduction initiatives at Gates involving both US and Mexico based facilities. Most recently in my current role, I have speerheaded programs to take additional cost out of products, reduce working capital requirements, developed strategies to maximize growth and revenue potential for core products and developed and rolled out programs to re-vitalize core product sales.
