Implement continual improvements to AML detection system rules to ensure maximum detection.

Following on from the Risk Graduate Program, secured a full-time position in the Secured Credit Strategy team within Credit Strategy and Analytics as a Risk Analyst.

Employed by Bankwest as a part of the Risk Graduate Program. This involved participating in four half-yearly rotations across the risk management division, receiving extensive training and opportunities to contribute to key bank-wide risk initiatives as well as gain access to senior management and stakeholders across the CBA group. Secured Credit Strategy- Responsible for the management and review of Bankwest's secured credit policy and business rules as a result of stakeholder feedback and enquiries, economic factors, competitor analysis, regulatory change or change in risk appetite.Portfolio Risk Reporting- Assist the Portfolio Reporting team in working with the business to ensure a risk aware culture. This is achieved through the production and analysis of management reports in a timely fashion and working closely with the business divisions to challenge and support their risk management initiatives.Credit Policy - Portfolio Risk Review- Lend support to the Portfolio Risk Review team by way of assessing the credit quality and serviceability of Bankwest’s primary lending products: home loans, personal loans and credit cards. Also provided thorough oversight and analysis of its lending operations and "end to end" process.
