The key objective of the role is to assist customers to ensure they get the most out of the BioCatch product. This includes helping them understand their data, identifying areas of improvement in their fraud detection and making recommendations in terms of best practices.

Main responsibilities in this role include the supervision of projects focused on the implementation, parameterisation and customisation of an industry-leading technological solution for the prevention and detection of fraud in multiple channels. I have also assisted in the identification of regulatory requirements in relation to the PSD2 regulation and providing assessment on how best to fulfil these with the different technologies available.

A continuation of my previous role, I specialised throughout this tenure in multi-channel fraud, implementing and customising an industry renowned solution for a UK bank.Main responsabilities included providing assistance to the financial entity in its analysis of solution requirements, and once rolled out to production, I assisted the bank, working directly with its Fraud Analytics team to evaluate performance and detection capabilities in order to calibrate the system accordingly.
