Hematology/Rare Disease Sales

Represent NovoNordisk factor portfolio (Novoseven, Novoeight & Tretten) with hemophilia patients & patient organizations to promote education, raise awareness, offer support along with driving new business in the mid atlantic territory (VA, DC, MD,DE).

Responsible for bringing new admit business on service in the southeast territory (NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS),adding value to HTC and local Hematology offices. Built and maintained internal relationships with Coram Branches & staff, assuring that each patient receives quality care. Worked with manufacture partners along with local hemophilia chapters in raising awareness and education with regards to Coram's infusion services. - 2013 Bleeding Disorders Specialist of the Year- Successful in bringing 53 New Admits in 2013- 135% to territory goal- Won 1st quarter sales competition

Managed patient retention in the southeast territory (NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, MS, AL, LA, TX) and worked closely in supporting BDS in educating/selling Coram's Specialty Pharmacy services to referral sources. Built maintained and serviced relationships with consumers, hemophilia treatment center doctors, nurses and staff while working closely with Coram branches and hemophilia chapters. Played an integral role in helping patients with service, financial, insurance and educational needs. - 100% to goal in driving new admit growth- Maintained 100% patient retention rate- Formed strong relationships with Duke University Hospital referral source- Assisted manager in special projects along with leading & coordinating team conference calls

- Member of Medicare Recovery Audit team- Conducted correspondence on all inpatient/outpatient claims- Used Star Navigator System to bill claims, request medical records, and add/bill all major insurance companies- Processed legal correspondence, providing attorneys with medical bills, medical records and account balances- Legal accounts rep trainer
