Through the Leadership and Development Rotation (LADR) program, FORTNA is enabling my exploration of and meaningful contribution to many contrasting departments. In just a few months I have physically modified systems to maximize their performance, reinvented our testing tracking program, and presented AI research to our Cybersecurity lead. I could not have found a more comprehensive program as a recent graduate, and I look forward to my next rotation and my permanent role as a mechanical engineer with FORTNA.
