Current• Design and implement a campus outreach and recruitment strategy to attract quality candidates for IMDA’s open recruitment and green harvesting programmes such as scholarship, graduate associate programme and internship• Execute on-campus branding and marketing• Propose, manage and facilitate recruiting activities and events on campus includingnetworking events, on-site interviews, presentations and other events• Manage relationships with key university career services teams, student groups andacademic leaders• Develop new marketing collaterals, and maintain all collateral and vendor relationships• Measure the campus recruitment programme successes and growth opportunities• Develop strong working relationships with HRBP, Talent Management and hiring managers to understand young talent needs• Previous Talent Development portfolio involved intelligence gathering and market analysis, tech ecosystem engagement and partnership management
