After I finished high school I completed an apprenticeship in Arboriculture in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. Once completed I set my sights on bigger things. In hope of making the cut in the oil and gas industry and getting some money together to build a solid foundation for myself I moved to WA where I secured a position on the Wheatstone Project! Initially I took on a materials role which developed into a higher paying machinery operations role then finally I was appointed the position as 2IC of the largest materials logistics materials yards (7B South). I worked successfully their for the remaining 3 years and after purchasing myself an investment property and my own place of residence I moved back to my place of birth, Tasmania and started working for Coca-Cola Amatil as a Business Development Executive.I outgrew that position after becoming the highest ranking salesperson in the state for my category and transition back into the mining and resource industry with Nyrstar Hobart Lead Smelter as a boiler operator, from there I was approached by Qube ports and after careful consideration I started working there full time as a Stevedore operating machinery on the wharfs and ships found in southern Tasmania and Burnie.I have since resigned and put my time into one of my investment properties (current home) and have now completed renovations and looking to bed myself down in a new, fresh and rewarding career path that is good for my health and the planet.I am now looking to put my energy into a worthwhile cause or project that benefits myself and the people and cultures around me.I aspire to serve a good business and start a family one day while endeavoring to see and appreciate the world in my spare time.
