As the Head of the Homeroom Department at Camp HASC, I designed and implemented an academic curriculum for 16 adults with special needs, focusing on sensory, vocational, and academic skills. I also facilitated biweekly off-site trips to enhance their learning and engagement. With my degree in Math and Biology from Yeshiva University, I have a strong foundation in data and science. I have also completed online courses in Data Analytics, developing skills in data ethics and structured thinking. I use these skills to create data-driven and user-friendly solutions for various challenges in the education sector. In addition, I have experience as a Resident Manager at Ohel Children's Home and Family Services, where I managed a residential facility for adults with developmental disabilities. I oversaw the daily operations, budgeting, staffing, and quality of care, and collaborated with other departments and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for the residents.
