Leader for change programme, tailoring strategies to improve quality of charitable output, leading team to research and trial new ways of working and standardise high quality innovative processes.As part of my Head of Planning role, was Project Lead for the recruitment and training of 30,000 volunteers to support the NHS Covid-19 vaccination effort. Created and developed a strategy to achieve the largest peacetime deployment in St John Ambulance’s history. Co-ordinated senior staff from multiple directorates across the charity, along with undertaking contract negotiations with strategic partner organisations. -

My scope of responsibility extended into Ambulance Operation, Emergency Planning, and other specialist functions. I worked with key stakeholders such as the County Clinical Team to ensure that the business achieves its commercial objectives while ensuring quality of the highest standard. Key Activities New Business: Having identified a market opportunity, undertook a trial with the local trust and wrote a tender bid to win the contract ahead of 17 competing companies.
