Leverage bank partnerships to position ADP’s services as a value-added service provided by the bank to its small business clients and prospects.

**Managed relationships with mortgage brokers in the Triangle area through outside sales calls in order to originate mortgage applications and loan packages. Educated brokers on the benefits of GreenPoint’s mortgage products. Reviewed loan files to ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines established by the company as well as by secondary investors.

**Managed relationships with Credit Union Direct Lending (CUDL) affiliated auto dealerships in North Carolina west of Raleigh. Promoted overall program and identified niche lending areas with each dealer. Trained dealers to identify appropriate applications based on risk distribution and deal structure.

**Managed all day-to-day business operations for the record label and artist management/promotion company. Organized the funding, recording, release, and marketing of the band’s two albums. Managed the operations, funding, booking, marketing, and promotion efforts for the full-time tour in support of the 2002 album, a wish to be blind, and co-wrote all of the songs appearing on the album. **Other responsibilities included writing press releases, contacting publications for reviews of albums and live performances, securing airplay on radio stations, organizing supporting acts, negotiating and collecting payment for performances, and performing as a band member (drummer).
